delamination
- Definição1
- A separation of the layers of a laminated material. Plywood is made up of layers, or laminations, of wood glued together. When the glue weakens, the layers can separate and the plywood is said to be delaminated. Delamination of bonded composite materials causes the materials to lose strength.
