- Airlines operating or planning to operate at a Level 1 airport should give adequate notice of their planned operations to their appointed handling agent and either the airport managing body or the data collection agent if one is appointed. Operations at Level 1 airports are not addressed at the SC.
- Connected to this information flow is the airline’s dispatch, operations centre or handling agent that uses the information gathered from the flight crew, ATC and the aerodrome authority to plan or amend flight schedules accordingly.
