An aircraft stand which provides for parking a helicopter and, where ground taxi operations are completed or where the helicopter touches down and lifts-off for air taxi operations.

No fixed object shall be permitted above the surface of the ground on a helicopter stand.
Contexto
3.2.49 When a helicopter stand is used for turning, the minimum dimension of the stand and protection area shall be not less than 2 D. 3.2.50 When a helicopter stand is used for turning, it shall be surrounded by a protection area which extends for a distance of 0.4 D from the edge of the helicopter stand.
