- Unmanned free balloons are classified as heavy, medium or light in accordance with specifications contained in Appendix 5.
- Contexto
- An unmanned free balloon shall not be operated without appropriate authorization from the State from which the launch is made.
- The measurements of the marks related to unmanned free balloons shall be determined by the State of Registry, taking into account the size of the payload to which the identification plate is affixed.
