Definição1
A warning issued by the meteorological station about the likelihood of the occurence of bad weather. A weather warning is for a given period of time and stipulates the type of bad weather expected.

For an aircraft or ship weather report, it is the time when it is received by the appropriate communication station (land station/coast station).
