Contexto
In addition to areas which are at present devoid of traffic position information other than the pilot-provided position reports, ADS will find beneficial application in other areas, including high-density areas, where it may serve as an adjunct to or backup for secondary surveillance radar and thereby reduce the need for primary radar.
