Contexto
Duty time of a flight crew member in commercial air transport or, duty time of a flight crew member performing flight check in such aircraft shall be the time spent by the crew member on duty one hour before the estimated take-off until half an hour after the last landing if he is engaged on short-haul and medium-haul services, i.e., the time spent on duty one hour and thirty minutes before the take-off until half an hour after the last landing if he is engaged on long-haul services.
