- The operator should: (…) require flight crews to report immediately to the flight operations officer (or flight follower, as applicable) anytime the estimated time of arrival at the destination exceeds fifteen minutes beyond the flight plan ETA, the cruise altitude varies by 1 200 meters (4 000 feet) or more from the flight plan, or the airplane deviates more than one hundred nautical miles from the flight-planned route.
