- The area to the right of the aircraft nose forward of the wing is often used as a pre-positioned service area to store vehicles and equipment when the nose-in/push-out parking configuration is adopted.
- In most cases, these radii values are measured from the turning centre to the wing tip; however, on some aircraft, the turning radii are measured from the turning centre to the aircraft nose or to the horizontal stabilizers.
