New ARFF station design may incorporate Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras – and other security devices consistent with the airport’s approved Airport Security Plan (ASP) – to monitor key points around the station not visible from the watch/alarm room.
Contexto
Training related to the planning, development or modernization of airports and air navigation facilities was carried out within the procurement component of the projects. The equipment and services procured were aerodrome ground support equipment, such as baggage handling systems and closed circuit television (CCTV) systems
The placement of the watchroom, if provided, in each fire station should ensure the widest possible view of the movement area including aircraft approaches and departures. The installation of closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras may be considered in watchrooms to enhance their view.
