- The necessary network and computing facilities were put into place to move the Technical Co-operation Bureau to its new offices. Automation activities for the Bureau included the backstopping of information and communication technology requirements for field projects, the migration of their integrated Oracle applications to a new platform, and the ongoing implementation of their Information Technology Master Plan (ITMP).
