- Contexto
- The full range of ATS should be offered in such a way that the airspace users are not negatively impacted (and possibly benefit) compared to local provision of ATS. The overall ATS will remain broadly classified into either of the two main service subsets of TWR or AFIS. 1.4.2 The main change is that the ATCO or AFISO will no longer be located at the aerodrome. They will be relocated to a remote tower facility or a remote tower centre (RTC).
