- Contexto
- The Secretary General stated that the conference recommended that ICAO expeditiously publish and use the Global Aeronautical Distress and Safety System (GADSS) for the implementation of normal, abnormal and distress flight tracking, search and rescue (SAR) activities and retrieval of data from cockpit voice recorders (CVRs) and flight data recorders (FDRs). He also indicated that the Secretariat was currently reviewing suggested GADSS amendments that had been presented during the conference.
