Nota adicional1
Aeronautical data overlays, including aerodrome NOTAM, are kind of advisory information that could be disseminated to flight crews using a Flight Information Services – Broadcast (FIS-B) data link system. FIS-B is an emerging data link concept (with several implementations underway) that is intended to provide weather and other flight advisory information to pilots in a way that will enhance their awareness of the flight situation and enable better strategic decision-making. The information provided through FIS-B is advisory in nature and is considered non-binding advice and information provided to assist in the safe conduct of a flight. With this information, pilots will be better able to assess potential hazards as well as make better decisions that will improve operational safety and efficiency.
