- The surveillance information comes from a variety of cooperative and non-cooperative sensors, including terminal and surface radar, inductive loops, automatic dependent surveillance — broadcast (ADS-B), and multilateration. The flight plan information is received from the local automation system, an automated radar terminal system (ARTS), via the flight plan unit.
