The other two Chicago Conference documents of importance to the multilateral regulation of international air transport are: the International Air Services Transit Agreement, also known as the Two Freedoms Agreement, which provides for the multilateral exchange of rights of overflight and non-traffic stop for scheduled air services among its Contracting States; and the International Air Transport Agreement.
