- An experienced training manager whose task is to ensure that at each stage of the development of a TRAINAIR PLUS Standardized Training Package, the criteria out lined in the Training Development Guide are applied by the Course Developers according to required TRAINAIR PLUS standards. CDQA Accountability Managers must successfully complete a TRAINAIR PLUS Training Managers Course and are responsible for signing course development stage reports and tracking forms forwarded to the TRAINAIR PLUS Central Unit in ICAO. Criterion-Referenced Test: A test, the measurement of which is compared with an objective standard and not against another measurement.
