(1) A document prepared on the ground and carried by a flight crew, giving information on tracks, courses, IAS (indicated air speed) ground speeds, times and fuel for various legs, and other relevant data for the flight. (2) Specified information, provided to air traffic services units, relative to an intended flight or portion of a flight of an aircraft (ICAO). It is to be filed with an air traffic control facility either in writing or orally.
