- (1) Oral commentary on existing and/or expected meteorological conditions (ICAO). (2) A detailed instruction on the tasks to be performed during the sortie or mission. It is a pre-requisite for a mission involving more than one aircraft. A debriefing is conducted at the end of the sortie or mission.
