Aerodrome warnings shall be issued by the aerodrome meteorological office designated by the meteorological authority concerned and shall give concise information of meteorological conditions which could adversely affect aircraft on the ground, including parked aircraft, and the aerodrome facilities and services.

Contexto
Recommendation.— In accordance with the template in Table A6-2, aerodrome warnings should relate to the occurrence or expected occurrence of one or more of the following phenomena: — tropical cyclone (to be included if the 10-minute mean surface wind speed at the aerodrome is expected to be 17 m/s (34 kt) or more) — thunderstorm — hail — snow (including the expected or observed snow accumulation) — freezing precipitation — hoar frost or rime — sandstorm — duststorm — rising sand or dust — strong surface wind and gusts — squall — frost — volcanic ash — tsunami — volcanic ash deposition — toxic chemicals — other phenomena as agreed locally.
