Contexto
For aeroplanes for which application for certification was submitted on or after 24 February 2013, aeroplanes with one engine, or a single propeller, or aeroplanes with more than one engine that cannot maintain a positive climb gradient following an engine or propeller failure, the design shall, in the case of engine or propeller failure, enable the aeroplane to be operated to a safe forced landing in favourable conditions.
