- The limits of usability of an aerodrome for (1) takeoff, expressed in terms of runway visual range (RVR) and/or visibility and, if necessary, cloud conditions; (2) landing in precision approach-and-landing operations, expressed in terms of visibility and/or RVR and decision altitude/height as appropriate to the category of the operation; and (3) landing in nonprecision approach-and-landing operations, expressed in terms of visibility and/or RVR, minimum descent altitude/height, and, if necessary, cloud conditions.
