In order to report or complain on any provider of those services, please refer to our Electronic Service or to our toll free: 163. These channels will also solve doubts and receive complaints, reports, suggestions, critiques or compliments related to services rendered by ANAC itself.
In case you feel your consumer rights have been violated, please contact the airline company to solve the problem. If the airline company does not provide you with any solution, you should direct yourself to the Consumer Defense authorities or the Judiciary and claim your rights.
