De acordo com aResolução 178/10, antes da apresentação do plano de voo com destino ao território brasileiro, todo operador privado ou piloto em comando de aeronave estrangeira que esteja realizando transporte aéreo não remunerado deve comunicar à ANAC (clique aqui)as seguintes informações:
a) data do sobrevoo,
b) matrícula, nacionalidade e modelo da aeronave,
c) nome do operador da aeronave e do piloto em comando,
d) a finalidade do voo e, se for o caso, o aeroporto internacional em que irá pousar.
Se, após o primeiro pouso em aeroporto internacional no território brasileiro, o operador privado ou o piloto em comando de uma aeronave estrangeira tiver a intenção de voar para outro aeroporto localizado no território brasileiro, será necessário solicitar uma autorização de pouso e permanência emitida pela ANAC (clique aqui). A solicitação de autorização de pouso e permanência no território brasileiro, para obtenção da necessária Autorização de Voo da ANAC (AVANAC), deve ser feita com antecedência mínima de 24 (vinte e quatro) horas do horário estimado para o pouso. Uma aeronave estrangeira detentora de uma AVANAC válida não precisa comunicar o sobrevoo antes da apresentação do plano de voo com destino ao território brasileiro.
According to the Resolution 178/10, before presenting the flight plan destined for the Brazilian territory, every private operator or pilot in command of a foreign aircraft operating non-commercial air transportation services must notify ANAC (click here)the follow informations:
a) date of overflying, b) aircraft registration marks,nationality and model, c) name of the operator and the pilot in command, d) the purpose of the flight and, if appropriate, the international airport of landing.
If after the first landing at the international airport in Brazil the private operator or pilot in command of a foreign aircraft intends to fly to another airport in the Brazilian territory, he must first request a clearance for landing and staying issued by ANAC (click here). Application to obtain a permit to stay in the Brazilian territory with the intention of receiving the Flight Permission issued by ANAC (AVANAC) must be requested at least 24 (twenty four) hours before the estimated time for landing. The foreign aircraft that has a valid AVANAC does not need to notify the overflight before presenting the flight plan destined for the Brazilian territory.
